When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below

 

Prices:

Price includes accommodation, linens and towels plus breakfast when booking B&B at the House.  

Price includes accomodation, supply of bed linens and towels, fuel and WiFi at the Cottage.

 

Payment:

A deposit equal to the total cost of your stay is taken when booking B&B at the House.

A deposit equal to the total cost of your stay is taken when booking the Cottage.  

We accept the following forms of payment:  credit card, debit card, cash.

 

Pets:

Pets are not permitted in the House.

Pets are welcome at the Cottage, please tell us who you'd like to bring when you book.  Pets must be kept off the furniture.  Pets at the cottage are allowed in the living room, kitchen and hallway only.  Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.

We expect any dog mess in the grounds to be cleaned up as it occurs.  There are bags provided under the kitchen sink at the cottage and these can be disposed of in the general waste bins outside.

We do not accept any liability for any accidents, damage, loss or injury your pets may cause during your stay.

 

Cancellation and Insurance:

Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and a deposit equal to the first night of your stay is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel please contact us immediately.  For cancellations more than14 days before your booking you will not be liable for the total balance.  For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for the total amount.  For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance.

 

Non-availability:

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control.  We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you.  Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

 

Arrival:

Your accommodation is availablle to you from 4pm on the day of arrival.  Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 8pm.

 

Departure:

Please be ready to leave your accommodation at the House by 10am / at the cottage by 11am on the day of departure.

 

Damages and Breakages:

Please take care with our accommodation.  You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents.  Please report these as soon as they occur.  We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.  There may be an additional fee if damages are unreported.

If any pets have an accident in the cottage please tell us, even if you have cleaned it up.  This allows us to treat the area with the correct products to avoid the next pet scent marking in the same spot.

 

Liability:

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

 

Data:

Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer.
