Cottage was amazing, much bigger than we expected and very cosy. Beds comfy, slept well. Owners are lovely, very friendly and easy to chat to. Breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay and planning on returning next year. Beautiful location for short break/getting away.

Beautiful surroundings, LOVELY house to stay in, very friendly and helpful hosts - couldn't have been better for our family of five. Just wish we'd had more time to stay and enjoy it!! I especially like looking out the window on all the birds feeding right outside, including pheasants.

It would be impossible not to recommend Colterscleuch Cottage highly enough. Everything for our stay over the Christmas Holiday was simply perfect, with superb attention to presentation, cleanliness and welcoming thoughtful little extras that made the cottage feel truly home from home.
