Colterscleuch House B&B

Colterscleuch House is ideally located just off the A7 and has three spacious double ensuite bedrooms.

All our rooms have flat screen TVs with freeview, tea making facilities and high-speed Fibre Wi-Fi.

All bedrooms are on the first floor, accessed via stairs with a banister on one side.

Bedroom One – Superior King Room

Dual aspect spacious room with views over the Teviot farm hills. King bed and modern ensuite bath/shower room with under floor heating.

Bedroom Two – Twin/family room

 Our biggest and most flexible room. This rom can be made up with two single beds and sofa bed or superking bed and sofa bed. We also provide a cot on request. Ensuite bath/shower room with under floor heating.

Bedroom Three – Garden view room

A smaller but equally comfortable and cosy room overlooking the back garden. King size bed with ensuite bath/shower room with under floor heating.

All bed linens, towels and luxury toiletries are provided.

Downstairs, there is large lounge with comfy sofas for you to relax and an open fire in the cooler Scottish months to keep you warm.

Breakfast is served in our traditionally furnished  dining room.

There is plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles.

We cater for cyclists and bikers.  If you’d like to store your bike or motorcycle under cover overnight, we have a carport and can offer space in our garage. We also have a drying room for any wet weather gear.

Our large Victorian gardens are full of birds and wild life. We deliberately leave some areas wild to encourage wild life to thrive around us.
